The scope of work is confirmed with you before anything happens. If we find something unexpected during the job, we pause and explain before continuing.
Direct contact, clear timing, no chasing
You contact us, we confirm a visit time within one working day, and we show up. If something affects timing, we call ahead. After the job, Chen Hui-Ling follows up briefly to confirm the fix held and answer any lingering questions.
We don't use automated callbacks or a central call centre. The team you communicate with is the same team that comes to your property.

Parts quoted separately if required. No hidden fees.
Fixed rates, no hidden additions
All three services carry a standard call-out rate that covers the labour and common consumables. If extra parts are needed — a replacement cartridge, a new valve, a section of pipe — we itemise these separately and confirm the cost before ordering.
We do not charge a travel fee within Sanxia District, and there's no supplemental rate for standard daytime visits.
